The Benefits of Redesigning Benin’s Vaccine Supply Chain
New vaccine introductions have put strains on vaccine supply chains around the world. Using the HERMES computation model, the authors examined structural redesign options and/or applying shipment loops to determine the most effective vaccine supply chain redesign. They found that structural redesign and shipping loops combined would have the most cost-saving results.
